Sometimes Clients brings us colours and we need to design a unique look and feel that would take the simplicity of a colour and make the feel of the event extraordinary.
For the wedding, we organised for Ami and De Wet was precisely that – A lovely colour set that was transformed into something unique and special as it surrounded you with the feel of opulence and elegance- something of yesteryear became the perfect add-on to this wedding and made it proverbially pop.
The addition of Blue delft ware to all the tables and incorporating soft blue hue components throughout the wedding made the décor and the feel of the wedding truly stand out against the rich and glamorous setting of the old Bergeck Mission Lodge, Windhoek, Namibia which is a castle-like complex nestled on the breath-taking hills of the Hochland Mountains. Beautiful views of the landscape can be seen from this unique location and thus making the perfect wedding venue should you like to get out of the buzz of the city
The ceremony was such a special moment and the couple look dashing in the natural setting of the Lodge. A beautiful styled hexagon made for the perfect background against raw castle tower.
The venue was truly spectacular and the outdoors lit with thousands of fairy lights and naked bulbs made for a spectacular feel.
The tables dressed with custom dyed ombré table cloths in rich linens set against delft crockery and blue glass ware made for a robust and utter personal setting. The blooms used was ravishing and I loved the feel of these elegant setting in such a robust background.
